Dengan kata lain, verb-3 ini tidak kena pengaruh tense kalimat.

Yang tergantung tense nya adalah penggunaan auxiliary verb sebelum verb-3 tersebut.

Misalnya dalam present tense, akan dipakai is/am/are + verb 3.

Dalam simple past akan dipakai was/were + verb 3

Dalam simple future tense akan dipakai will + be  + verb 3

Dalam present perfect tense akan dipakai have/has + been + verb 3
